Neurodivergent Informed Care
Many neurodivergent people spend years being told to try harder, sit still or fit in. Over time, that can lead to anxiety, burnout and the sense of never quite measuring up. Our approach starts from a different place: your brain works the way it does for a reason, and therapy should help you understand yourself, build on your strengths and find ways of living that fit you.
Our therapists offer neurodivergent-affirming support for adults, teens and families in Barrie, Orillia and across Ontario through secure virtual sessions. We work with people who have an ADHD or autism diagnosis, people who are waiting for one, and people who recognize themselves in these experiences. Sessions are collaborative, and the pace and focus are set by you.
Neurodivergent therapy can help with: burnout and exhaustion, anxiety and overwhelm, emotional regulation, executive functioning and daily routines, relationship and communication difficulties, self-esteem shaped by years of feeling different, and navigating work, school and family life.
We do not provide ADHD or autism assessments. If you are seeking a diagnosis, we can help you think through next steps and refer you to the right assessment services.
Sessions are offered during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. Book a free 15-minute consultation to find out whether our team is the right fit for you.
